Silverpop Engage upgrade SUCKS!

“Welcome to Silverpop Engage 7.3!”
Yeah! That’s cool! After I had enjoyed the pretty interface design of the welcome page in Silverpop, I found that I took it for granted! It triggers more BUGS! I swear that I couldn’t complain unexpected technical problems any more since I have involved in IT industry for a long long time. Obviously, I am used to accept all the facts.

- Can you send a test email to test if we could put members name in the subject line? (My boss wrote an email to me)
- Does Silverpop have the personalized functions for email subject line? Obviously, this type of parameter is not developed for subject line as it is not in code environment. (My replied answer)

Then my supervisor called me with shark voice: “Why not test it? You didn’t test it. How dare you say Silverpop can’t? I just studied the function from their HELP document…”

OH!!! That’s called WORK!!! Sometimes I feel dizzy…zzzZZZ
