Je lui ai répondu: Sérieusement, je veux terminer ma carrière après j’aurai obtenu mon diplôme à l’Université Laval. Ça me suffit de faire le domaine – l’information de technologie plus de 9 ans. J’ai eu beaucoup d’angoisse et de déception à cause de ce métier – Designer Web. Assez!!! Je dois l’arrêter et quitter tout de suite! Ma vie est complètement détruit par Internet depuis longtemps. Je vis dans un monde virtuel toujours, ça fait trop long, je suis très fatiguée!!!

Actually I prefer to look for any of the part-time jobs except Web/IT/Computer related industries… It means that I would like to find a waiter job in the restaurant instead of being an Internet Farmer… BTW, let the virtual world disappear in my mind before September. More than 8 years’ nightmare! It’s time for me to have a short break!!! I have to send my CV these days, the same as those new graduates… :(

Actually the message was anticipated by me in advance after the CRM guy had suddenly left… I pretended to feel sorrow when dear HR was talking about her awkward position she had to meet and what the compensation I would get in next two months!

Finally I am liberated because I won’t be obliged to do those TRASH DESIGN any more!!! Ah Haha…Another pretty nice day!!! A white-collar works in modern office? Let the word get out of my memory! I am proud of my liberation today! :)

     能让我清晰地了解认识User Experience Designer的职责，便是从昨天与其公司技术人员的面谈开始。在这之前，我真是太小看UE Designer了！一个电子产品从规划、研发到投入生产，是何等不易。“用户体验设计师”在其中扮演了一个极为重要的角色。比如，要作用户心理调研与测试，写详细的产品易用性与可用性报告文档及规划产品品质的系列流程。由UE Designer来搭建产品的可用性架构，作研发的工程师就按此来进行下一步的开发设计工作。应该说，与我原本想象中的UED相差甚远。UI设计对于软件行业与电子产品的交叉关系，有类似的共性特征。
     软件的UI设计，同样也是要以可行性的用户体验为先决条件。通过论语项目在具体制作过程中碰到的种种问题，感觉自己懂的还太少，需要好好研究学习软件UI设计了。这也是我为何迟迟不能给Budy答复的主要原因。
     现摘录国外公司对于UE设计师的招聘要求，大家都可以看一下差距在哪里吧！软件的界面设计，其中的学问真是大着呢！对于Etown的界面设计，无奈摇头，直到Brain加盟后，才刚想起需要招一个UE设计的人。

We are looking for someone to join our growing Product Design group as a user experience designer. Responsibilities include producing innovative,visually appealing human interface designs; creating design prototypes;working with developers to make designs a reality. We need someone who can work independently, engage team members, communicate ideas, create  prototypes, and finally work with team members throughout the release cycle of the product. This position reports to the Principal Designer.

Day-to-Day Activities:
* Generate designs based on common sets of HCI, graphic design, interface design and other relevant theories
* Create prototypes at different levels of fidelity: paper, wireframe,interactive HTML, and Flash
* Present ideas and concepts to x-functional teams and incorporate feedback accordingly
* Create visual elements such as icons, borders, custom widgets, window treatments, and graphical layouts
* Collaborate with Product Design team to develop concepts of key additions and edits for the product
* Communicate designs to business specialists and marketing team members for validation and buy-in.
* Communicate designs to development and provide definition and direction during implementation
* Communicate designs to quality control and provide clarifications during the testing phase
* Work with Principal Designer and Product Design team to evolve internal design process and standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:
* 4-5 years experience in application interaction design (UI Design, Product Design); solid experience with both web applications (not web sites) and desktop applications
* Education in design, HCI, usability or ability to display formal understanding of design and HCI theory and practice
* Understand in-house product design lifecycle
* Good communication skills: written and verbal
* Knowledge of browser-based and desktop technologies (HTML, Java, Flash,.NET)
* Prototyping skills using DHTML, Dream Weaver, Flash, or similar
* Experience with developing and running usability testing
* Experience with field research (goal-directed method by Cooper is preferred).
* Should demonstrate ability to use design processes for problem definition and solution creation while working individually and with a group
* Ability to create graphical elements: icons, widgets, windowing and boarders, data layout
